🪷Join us for a cozy practice as you mindfully sink into passive poses while drifting away from the thinking mind. As students settle in, Heather and Sam will perform gentle Thai massage, reiki, and light touches with soothing sounds to bring you deeper into the body.

🪷Yin poses target the connective tissues (fascia) to help increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility, and enhance the parasympathetic nervous system.

🪷Thai massage is a technique that helps balance your body systems and energy flow Using acupressure and stretching to aid in relaxation and pain relief.

🪷Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that channels life-force energy into the receiver through gentle touch of the guide. This energy activates the natural healing response of the body and promotes physical and emotional well-being.

🪷Expect total ease and relaxation, therapeutic relief, and emotional balance during this 75 minute all-levels class.

✨Pairing yoga with breathwork can transform your practice into deeper states of somatic healing, trauma recovery, and conscious meditation. Breath is the foundation of life. When paired with yoga, it serves as a bridge between the body and mind.

✨The Sanskrit word for breathwork is pranayama. “Prana” means “life force” and “ayama” means “expansion” or
“control.” Through this powerful practice, we can harness our breath to enhance both physical and mental health, balancing the nervous system, and creating a mindful state of being.

✨in This workshop includes a 45 minute healing yoga class with Mandy, a 45 minute breathwork session with Jenn, and a 30 minute Q&A talk-back session with Mandy and Jenn where students can process their experience and also learn how to incorporate yoga and breathwork into their daily lives in an accessible way.

✨The yoga portion of this workshop will focus on uniting trauma recovery with our yoga practice. This will be a heated yoga session appropriate for all levels. This will NOT be a vinyasa flow practice. Instead, we will build intensity through repetition, standing poses and chakra-balancing flows. Then, we will cool down with both yin and restorative poses on the ground.

✨The breathwork portion of this class will focus on somatic release, trauma-informed instruction, and intentionally grounding into the present moment. This will not be a heated session. Students will be guided every step of the way and headphones will be provided for a deeper state of meditation. No experience is necessary and beginners are welcome.

✨Students can expect to leave this workshop with specific tools for adding “small doses” of yoga and breathwork into their daily lives as a source of nourishment and continued healing.

Flow + Restore with Melissa is the perfect balance to start your week. ☯️ Our Mondays just got more intentional and we know you’ll love this new addition to our weekly schedule:

☯️ Flow + Restore (vinyasa + deep stretch)
6:30 pm (60min) | Begins Monday, June 1 (and every Monday!)

Students can expect to release tension through core work, vinyasa sequences, and standing postures followed by a rejuvenating cool-down of restorative poses and deep stretches to calm the nervous system.

After building heat through energizing movements, the passive aspect of class will bring you into a meditative state of mind where you can expect longer holds, deeper stretches, stillness, and relaxation.

This class will help align the body and mind, enhance strength and flexibility, and improve joint mobility.

Class will be heated.

This is an open-level flow and appropriate for all: beginners-advanced practitioners. ☯️

“Somatic Flow” simply means “movement focused on internal sensations rather than external appearances as a therapeutic approach to release both emotional and physical stress.”

This class is a nervous system-informed practice that blends breathwork, mindful movement, and healing yoga. Class begins with guided breathing techniques to support regulation and present moment-to-moment awareness. Then, students can expect a progressive yoga flow that builds strength, mobility, and internal connection. By moving slowly and breathing consciously, practitioners can shift out of “fight-or-flight” mode and activate the “rest and digest” state, lowering cortisol and releasing chronic stress.

Practice closes gently with dynamic somatic techniques to help the body integrate, release tension, and settle into a grounded state of calm. This class is accessible, intentional, and designed by a mental health clinician to support both physical and emotional well-being.
