The South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG) is South Africa’s leading mental health support organisation, providing free, confidential support to people facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, suicidal thoughts, and so much more.
Every single day, SADAG answers over 2,800 calls from people reaching out for help. Their dedicated counsellors provide support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and operate South Africa’s only dedicated Su***de Crisis Helpline. (SADAG)
At EquEssence, we’re incredibly proud to be partnering with SADAG at SA Champs to help raise both awareness and funds for this life changing organisation.
