We passionate about getting the workplace moving! We provide desk bound office workers who are among the most sedentary in our city, a way to unwind and get strong and healthy, without having to leave the office building.

Bless hasn’t missed his Pilates classes held twice a week at his company he works for, Mukuru, for over a year!
Even when he was super stiff from previous classes and wasn’t in the mood, Bless showed up to Pilates. 🙌🏾 He was so determined to make his body work better for him, become more supple and gain an equally balanced core, and that he did 👏🏾
