One in Durbanville Hills for Matwork classes and a studio in Welgemoed for Private and semi-private sessions.Lithe is a studio to encourage mobility in everyone. A place to cultivate one's self worth and look after what is most important to us, our health. The studio is open to all ages and a wide variety of forms of movement
