Pilates ring, magic circle, fitness circle...call it what you want, it challenges your core, arms and legs with resistance and instability. Try them and tell me which was the most challenging for you. For me is the quadruped one 🤓

📌in the side lying I finish with double leg mini circles which may not be clear in the video. Killers for your waist muscles.
📌 in lunge shoulder extensions back of my hands are against the ring.
📌 push up pulses are very challenging to keep the ring steady although it doesn’t look it 😅
