We will be covering our Matwork 1 and 3 exercises including modifications with plenty of time to fine tune your teaching skills. We will also discuss class planning and teaching strategies as covered in Matwork 2. Please bring a couple of case studies along and we can brainstorm together.🧠

You will leave "refreshed" and inspired to apply your Pilates teaching skills in a 1-1 and group set-up, enriching the services you can offer your patients. 🤸

JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN THE U.K.

There is a shortage of Physio's in the U.K for the Private sector and the Physiotherapy profession has once again been added to the shortage occupations list. This means that applications for employment can be fast tracked. Bodies Under Construction Physio and Pilates hold a sponsor licence so can provide visa's to appropriate candidates.

You must have UK HCPC registration to practice Physio.
If you are already in the UK and want to change visa's, we can handle that.
If you are already eligible to live and work in the UK, that will fast track the process even more.

We have positions available across our 4 Venues in Chiswick, Putney, Windsor and Bracknell in the U.K. The successful candidates will have at least 5 years’ work experience, be certified in Pilates (preferably equipment, but a Mat Certification will also be considered as training can be provided for exceptional applicants. Discussion is welcome for Physio's with less experience.

Additional skills of exercise rehabilitation, acupuncture and womens health would be an advantage. These are Full-time roles which will include evenings and working 2 Saturday mornings each month will be required.

Our sessions include room treatments and then the use of Mat & Equipment Pilates for rehabilitation.

Our Rehab and Maintenance Sessions
We do mainly 1-1, 2-1 rehab or 4-1 classes, so you have the opportunity to mix your Physiotherapy skills and Clinical Pilates repertoire in the sessions.

A proven skill of managing your own caseload and being able to work independently is required.

-You will have the ability to conduct structured assessments and apply sound clinical reasoning in order to plan effective treatment.
-You will have the relevant practical skills to implement a treatment plan and achieve good outcomes.
