2026 Cape Town Rhythmic Gymnastics Nationals 🤸♀️🏅🎶
It was exhausting, tough, memorable and graceful. Everything that sums up this beautiful sport.
You truly only get it, once you are part of such a big event. The long training hours, behind the scenes work, tears, hugs, laughter and the actual competing moments.
No one can predict what happens on the day of competition. As a coach you can prepare your gymnasts as well as possible but there are so many contributing factors on the day. No matter the drops, mistakes or fears, I am incredible proud of these young ladies I get to spend my time with. And what an honour to have been chosen to be a judge at Nationals, this was truly a milestone in my Rhythmic career.
You are all beautiful. Enjoy the well deserved break 🤍💙
Ons mis jou Marlize Stark . Jy vorm ook deel vd gimnaste se 2026 journey, ons sien jou gou weer!
