We are incredibly proud of our athletes Snenhlanhla Buthelezi and Nokuphiwa Mthalani, who will be representing KwaZulu-Natal at the ASA Cross Country National Championships in Pretoria

They are leaving this evening from Pietermaritzburg to Pretoria, together with Coach Ntokozo and the KZN Cross Country Team. 🚌🏃🏾‍♀️

What a great weekend for Umngeni Howick Academy! ❤️💙

Our runners participated in different races, including the Pietermaritzburg SPAR Women’s Challenge 2026, where our female runners came out in numbers and represented UHA with pride. 👏🏾🏃🏾‍♀️

We also had runners participating at the Lalucia Mall Race in Durban. 🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️

Well done to everyone who wore the UHA colours this weekend! We are proud of you. 💪🏾🔥
