LTS Adult program.

Junior Stroke squad &

Learn-to-Train level one competitive squad for junior school & high school pupils. Swimming is but my vehicle of choice to exercise my passion of motivating & mentoring others. The Sport of SWIMMING allows me to positively impact the lives of young children and adolescents as they learn about their strengths and weaknesses and harness their inner grit and determination to grow as individuals and gain invaluable life skills on their journey with me, their coach, towards their full potential - whatever that may be!

🚨 NEW WORLD RECORD! 🇿🇦🏊‍♂️

South Africa's Pieter Coetze has just written his name into the history books! 🏆💥
The 22-year-old phenom stormed to victory in the men's 50m backstroke at the World Aquatics Swimming World Cup in Tashkent, clocking a mind-blowing 22.09 seconds! ⏱️⚡

Not only did he shatter Kliment Kolesnikov’s 2022 world record (22.11s), but he also set a new World Cup record and solidified his spot as the only current African swimmer holding a world record. 🌍🔥

From breaking the African record in Baku to claiming world dominance in Uzbekistan what a moment for SA sports! 🇿🇦💚💛
