What a Special morning, our ladies got together for our morning session and had our Barberton members who joined as well 🥰 Thereafter we had breakfast and Rewards. As always we had plenty of laughter and fun.

During the week our members train hard and this is why we enjoy our Social Saturday Sessions where we can have fun and laughter and have our cake and eat it too 😋 this mornings session was at Bateleur Estate 💪 We named it 'THE ALISON ROUTE ' 🤣 Big shout out to Vida café - the coffee, cake and service was great 🙏
