Meet Johan Booysen — the heart, passion, and driving force behind Rugbytots, and a man deeply rooted in values shaped both on the field and in the great outdoors.

Johan isn’t just a coach; he’s a mentor, motivator, and the loudest cheerleader on the sideline. With a whistle around his neck and a smile always ready, he helps little ones grow in confidence, coordination, and courage — reminding them that trying matters more than winning.

Away from the field, Johan finds his grounding in nature. Hunting has taught him patience, respect, discipline, and humility — lessons he carries straight into his work with children. Whether it’s waiting quietly in the bush or guiding a toddler through their very first kick, he believes growth happens when you slow down, show up, and lead with heart.

From first tumbles and giggles to proud graduation moments, Johan believes every child is a champion in the making. Rugbytots is more than a program — it’s a place where confidence is built, joy is shared, and memories are made that last long after the whistle blows 🏉💙
