What a fantastic morning at Paarl parkrun #452! 🌳🏃‍♂️ With an incredible 546 participants crossing the finish line, our parkrun community showed once again that every step counts!
📊 The numbers tell the story
👟 546 participants
🌍 2,730 km travelled collectively – that's the equivalent of running from Paarl to far beyond!
💪 62 Personal Bests – congratulations to everyone who smashed their previous times!
🎉 59 First Timers joined us – 29 of them completing their very first parkrun ever! Welcome to the family!
🙌 20 amazing volunteers made the event possible – THANK YOU! ❤️
🏅 3 participant milestones were achieved and 1 volunteering milestone – another reason to celebrate!

Our youngest age group was 1–19 years, with 32 participants, while our biggest age group was 50–59, with an impressive 105 participants.
The average age was 46, proving that parkrun truly is for everyone, at every age! 🎯
