With the season drawing to a close, our U17 Premier team continues to show why they are serious title contenders.

Currently fighting on all fronts, the boys have been in outstanding form, displaying the determination, character, and quality needed to compete for the U17 league title. Performances and finsihes like their hard-fought 2-1 victory over Chippa are a testament to the belief and resilience within this squad.

Having already lifted the Easter Tournament trophy earlier this season, the team has shown they know what it takes to win. Now, with the league entering its final stages, they have given themselves every opportunity to finish what has been a remarkable campaign.

A massive congratulations to one of our very own, Tashreeq Rademeyer, on signing his first professional contract with Highbury Football Club ⚽🔥

Tashreeq started his football journey at Bay City FC as a 13-year-old and developed tremendously during his time at the club. Through hard work, discipline, and dedication to improving his game, he grew into one of the most exciting young talents to come through our structures.

His attitude and ability stood out from an early age, and at just 15 years old, he made his senior debut for Bay City Premier — a massive achievement and a clear sign of his potential.

His performances and development at Bay City FC soon caught the attention of one of the top football schools in PE, Urban Academy, where he was offered a scholarship. Not long after he now joins Highbury FC and now takes another huge step in his journey by signing his first professional contract.

We at Bay City FC are immensely proud of Tashy and everything he has achieved so far. We know the sacrifices, commitment, and countless hours of hard work he has put in behind the scenes to reach this level.
