Day 5

Today was the longest ride ever done by our boys. Cycled from Theescombe via Cape Road, down and up Van staden, Hankey, Humansdorp, Jeffreys Bay, back again via Van Staden. Down Draaifontain via Maitlands back up Welckme Avenue.

I will never ask for more from our riders, they have out done themselves. Keep on training gents๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Day 3 December training Camp:

The boys did the Lorie around Gamtoos river back again via Maitalands, Marine drive. Ended up back to their base camp in Theescombe. It's so nice to see them smile with their ride.

These training camps are needed by our disadvantage children. Learning not only riding their bikes but building team work and looking after each other back.
