𝗠𝗣𝗕𝗖 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘀

We hosted our annual Novice Trips Competition this past weekend and what a blast we had! Congratulations to Craig Olivier and his team. They went through the weekend unbeaten and ended top of the log.

Thank you to every participant and member who helped to make this tournament possible. We're excited to see this event grow and can't wait to make it even better next year.

𝗙𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀

Our fifth league men won the league on Saturday! With the pressure firmly on them they had to ensure a win of 4 or 5 points to be assured of a League Title. News from St. Francis came halfway when we were updated that they were leading 17-4 and trailing 8-10 in the other. After a push in the second half of the games, securing 4 shots and with good composure ensuring single shots were won on some ends, the ends started to head closer to the 18th. The teams achieved victories with scores of 21-7 and 17-14, securing their position as 5th League Winners!

The two skips, Carl and Snellie, have skipped every game this season, leading their teams extremely well. Their team members Tobie, Herklaas, Nick and Dennis helped to clinch it at the end. A mention to Hein, Robert and Trevor who also made appearances during the season.

Well done, manne! Julle het ons trots gemaak!

Big congratulations to Caldwyn Lewis on being selected for the Bowls South Africa Green Squad!

Caldwyn will attend the national training camp at The Nest in the Drakensberg from 8–12 April 2026, joining some of the country’s top emerging bowlers.

A fantastic achievement and well-deserved recognition of his hard work and dedication.

Our teams received their league caps for the 2026 season after Cutthroat tonight.

Our biggest contingent of bowlers in years take on the other clubs in and around Port Elizabeth, starting this Saturday.
