Today, as a learning and development group, we celebrate Heritage Day and the beautiful diversity that shapes who we are: the languages we greet each other in every morning, the traditions we bring to our lunch tables, the values passed down from grandparents that we still carry into boardrooms and classrooms alike.

Our strength has never come from sameness. It comes from Zulu wisdom sitting alongside English and Afrikaans humour, from Venda proverbs next to Xhosa storytelling, from Sotho, Sepedi, Tsonga, Ndebele, Swati, Tswana and every culture that makes up this extraordinary country finding a seat at the same table.
