Jumping into June ✨

A year ago, we added Reformer to our TashB offering — and what a year it’s been. One of growth, challenge, energy, and the most incredible support from our community.

We’re so grateful for every single person who has stepped onto the Reformer with us and trusted us in this space.

As we honour this first year, we’re also ready to level up.

For the month of June, all Reformer classes will be Jumpboard Reformer classes. A dynamic, elevated layer that brings a new kind of energy, intensity, and fun to your practice.

This isn’t just a switch-up — it’s a celebration of where we’ve been, and a bold step into where we’re going.

From July onwards, Jumpboard will remain as an additional option within our Reformer offering for instructors to incorporate into classes, alongside our existing Reformer programming.

At TashB, our commitment stays the same: intentional movement, quality instruction, and holding integrity at the centre of everything we do.

Talia qualified in 2025 and brings a lifelong background in dance into her teaching, along with a deeply personal understanding of movement. Having navigated her own journey with scoliosis, she knows firsthand how Pilates can support strength, alignment, and confidence from the inside out.

She’s passionate about helping people feel more connected to their bodies, more capable in their movement, and more at home within themselves.
