Meet Sarah Jane โจ
โYoga doesnโt ask you to be anything other than exactly what you are. Thatโs why I fell completely in love with it.
I was lost. Stuck in a rut of societal norms. My life didnโt have much soul to it. Even the way I moved my body was purely surface level, running to burn, never to feel. It was my mother, a yoga teacher herself, who suggested we go to India together. I went to travel, to experience a new place, to get away. I had no idea I would find my healing and my path on a mat in Rishikesh. I rolled out that mat not entirely sure I wanted to be on it, and it was honestly painful. Every class was a challenge. But somewhere beneath the discomfort, something cracked open and I began to find my way back to myself.
It gave me back my body. Not just physically, but the felt sense that this body is a magnificent, magical vehicle worthy of being cherished and looked after. It showed me there are deeper, more beautiful layers to existence than the surface world weโre taught to live in. A quiet magic thatโs always present, always waiting. Yoga gives me a glimpse of it again and again.
It has become my greatest source of connection. To community. To my own soul. To the physical body I live in every day. It is my most sacred space to look after myself and it has become my way of life.โ

Meet one of our new teacher, Amy ๐ผ
Yoga came into Amyโs life during a time of deep healing, after severe nerve damage affected the left side of her body. Through her practice, she slowly rebuilt strength, awareness, and a deeper connection within herself.
What began as physical recovery soon became something more โ a sacred space to pause, breathe, and return home to herself.
Amy now brings that same intention into her teaching, creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and gently guided. Her approach focuses on helping you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Her classes are an invitation to soften, to listen, and to simply be, exactly as you are!
Join Amy on Thursday evenings at 5pm for her Slow Flow class ๐ค
