Itโs too cold, itโs too hot, itโs too windy, it's too wet, itโs Monday, I donโt have any energy, I have so much work to do, I need a break!
Sound familiar? I guarantee we ALL have used one of these excuses when cancelling a bootcamp class!
Donโt let variables such as these influence the choice you made to be healthy, to get fit in fresh air, to laugh, to sweat and have fun! Stick to your goals and show up even when it's hard!

Position yourself at class near someone at a similar fitness level as yourself. This โsimilarityโ will help you to โpushโ and be accountable for how hard you work at class.

We love ourselves a good "Monday" to kickoff any health related goal such as, trying to cut refined sugary drinks from your diet. Today is "Monday"...use it! But don't get caught in the trap of saying, "I'll just start again *next* Monday", it's just too easy. Be committed. Be purposeful in your decisions.
