Your hubs are the heart of your wheels.
They need to handle forces from acceleration, braking and constant jarring and impact during every moment of riding.

Your hubs are the single component on your bike that needs to work flawlessly - all the time.

Introducing the mountain bike hub range.

The straighpull versions feature 28 spoke holes, and are available in centerlock or 6-bolt configuration.

The 6-bolt versions are 32-spoke, and also available in centerlock or 6-bolt.

All of the hubs use the trusted and proven star-ratchet freehub mechanism (made famous by DT Swiss) for reliable and worry-free operation, and easy, tool-free maintenance.

The hubs are available with your choice of freehub - Shimano 10/11 speed HG, Shimano 12-speed Microspline or SRAM xD driver.

Endō is a Japanese philosophy which means "the far journey" because your wheels should last.

Nagare (the mountain bike line) means "Flow of the trail" because when you're riding you should only be immersed in the experience.

They say that pink is the new black.
All I know is that these wheels came out really nicely.
At around 1580g, these wheels are light enough to fly up the climbs, and solid enough so handle anything the downhills can throw at them.
S***k Industries hubs laced to Nextie rims with my favorite Pillar Spoke Manufacturer spokes and pink anodized ni***es.
Don’t you simply love custom wheels?

When someone sent me these Chris King Precision Components hubs and commissioned a build with lightweight Nextie carbon rims, I knew the wheels would come out beautifully.
Would you ride gold hubs on your bike?

I don’t often get the opportunity to build wheels with Chris King Precision Components hubs, but this time they’re the matte gold 50th anniversary versions.

Have you made the move to wider road tyres yet? Wondering whether or not you should?

23mm tyres are officially OUT and 28, 30 or even 32c tyres should be on your shopping list.

This article from Bike Radar explains all.

I spoke to the experts and measured the tyres on six road bikes to find out why road bike tyres are ballooning wider than they’ve ever been before.
