5 spots left for the Wednesday morning Power Pilates with Props 10am class Graz. They have very reasonable prices. Class is in German 😬sorry, but I will demonstrate everything and of course you can ask questions in English. We will be using different props every time like the magic circle, Pilates ball, stretchy bands, long foam rollers, swing sticks and more. This class is perfect if you love variety 💪 you can use your AK Vouchers for paying for this class almost entirely.

I am planning outdoor sessions . I have lots of fun equipment like swing sticks, foam rollers, Pilates rings and balls, and stretchy bands. I enjoy a thorough warm up followed by a Pilates based functional training session. Who is in for some sweat 😍💪💚?

Your hips hold so much—let’s give them some magic. ✨

3 moves with a Pilates ball to unlock tightness and bring back ease:

1️⃣ Internal Rotation (press lightly on the ball)

2️⃣ Squeeze Ball Side to Side

3️⃣ Side-Lying Hip Rolls (wave-like mobility)

Try them and tell me: Which one felt like magic for you? 👇

In the past days I’ve seen “Pilates” used as shorthand for a certain kind of woman — a look, a body type, an aesthetic and a certain behavior.

That’s not what Pilates is.

Pilates is a training method.

It builds strength, control, and awareness.
It was never meant to define who is desirable.
Movement is about capacity — not compliance.
