International Golden Circle Cup 2026 - our second competition of the new season! ✔️

This time our club was represented by:

Zoe presented her new hoop routine, while Konstanzia and Kseniia stepped onto the competition carpet for the very first time ❤️

Our All-Around results:
🥇 7 first places
🥉 1 bronze medal

Ist unsere Vorbereitungsgruppe eine Hobbygruppe?🤔

Diese Frage bekommen wir oft.

In unserer Vorbereitungsgruppe lernen die Mädchen Schritt für Schritt die Grundlagen der Rhythmischen Gymnastik: gymnastische Elemente, Drehungen, Übungen mit Handgeräten und Choreografien.

Das Training hat eine klare Struktur und bereitet die Mädchen darauf vor, später - wenn sie möchten – in eine Wettkampfgruppe zu wechseln. Natürlich können sie auch einfach weitertrainieren und Freude an diesem schönen Sport haben ❤️

Unsere Vorbereitungsgruppe bedeutet für uns: qualitativ gutes Training in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Wir haben Disziplin und klare Ziele - aber ohne unnötigen Druck und Stress. Uns ist wichtig, dass die Mädchen lernen, sich weiterentwickeln und gleichzeitig gerne zum Training kommen.

Was wissen die Wienerinnen und Wiener über Rhythmische Gymnastik? ✨

Heute gibt es mal ein anderes Video bei uns: keine Challenge, kein Camp, kein Training. Heute sprechen wir einfach über unseren schönen Sport 🤍

Wir sind auf die Straßen Wiens gegangen und haben die Menschen gefragt, was sie über Rhythmische Gymnastik wissen.

Preparatory Group.
What does it mean for us?

It’s not just about training a few times a week. Our girls learn the real basics of rhythmic gymnastics: new elements, working with apparatus, and their first routines.

For us, the Preparatory Group is a strong foundation for our RG future. Some girls may later move on to our Competition Group, while others may choose to continue simply for themselves. In both cases, they build strong skills, learn the right basics, and grow step by step.

Most importantly, it’s about creating a love for gymnastics. We want girls to be interested, involved, and happy to come back to training. They train together, support each other, make friends, and learn how to be part of a team.

Love for gymnastics doesn’t start with results.
It starts with wanting to come back❤️

Munich. Germany.
München Cup 2026 🇩🇪

Our competition season 2026/2027 is officially open!

Last weekend we went to Munich for our first competition after the summer. And it was an important start for us - our girls presented five new programmes on the competition carpet!

We came to compete, to show what we have been working on - and we came back to Vienna with:

🥇 2 gold medals
🥉 1 bronze medal
✨ a special Miss Tournament award for Anastasiia Sekerina

A result we are very happy with ! ✨

But of course, these medals didn’t start in Munich. They started in the gym - with many hours of training, a lot of work from our girls and our Head Coach Yana Bezhenova.
Thank you, Yana, for preparing the girls, for believing in them, for your support and for the beautiful routines!❤️

Now we are back in Vienna - and back to training.

The next competition is already very close, and this time we are going with a bigger team. More of our gymnasts will step onto the competition carpet, and some of them will present their new programmes as well.

Munich done. See you at the next competition!💫

This is how it all begins 🤍

A new season means new girls in our club.

Some come from ballet, some from dance. Some have never done any sport before. And some already know rhythmic gymnastics and are now simply starting a new chapter with our club..

……for some girls, today is their very first training. The first time they hold a hoop or a ball. The first exercises, first tries and first little successes.

And who knows? Maybe in a year or two, these girls will be at their first competition, with new goals and bigger dreams✨

We love watching them learn and grow. And we are happy to be there from the very beginning!

Big dreams begin with small steps💫

BACK TO THE RHYTHM 💫

Today a new school routine begins - new knowledge, new experiences and new plans. And with it, our training routine is back.

For our gymnasts, a busy time is ahead - school, training, competitions, performances and many exciting sports moments.

We wish our girls to enjoy learning and training, become stronger and more confident, and discover something new along the way. May there be many beautiful performances, victories and reasons to be proud!

Parents - lots of energy and joy from every achievement.
Coaches - strength, inspiration and new ideas.

May this year bring all of us many happy moments and beautiful memories ❤️
