If you’re a man under 60 living with prostate cancer, join us for a relaxed catch-up at West Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

Whether you want to chat about treatment, side effects, work, family, relationships, or simply listen to others who understand the journey, you’re welcome. There’s no pressure, no expectations, just good company and a supportive environment.

🌱 On Friday, West Beach SLSC teamed up with Adelaide Fringe to give back to our coastline, planting 200 native plants generously donated by Green Adelaide! 💚

Now it’s over to our amazing members to help these little legends thrive 🌾 Please help us protect the new plants by staying clear of the dune areas and respecting the space while they grow.

Together, we can keep our beaches healthy, beautiful, and protected for future generations ☀️🌊

This is an incredible achievement by all three competitors and a fantastic representation of the strength and dedication within our club. Leila also medalled in every event at Masters and performed well in Senior surf events too!

Congratulations to Ella Murray for her recognition of
Youth Club Person of the Year.

This award recognises outstanding contribution, leadership and commitment from our younger members.

Ella has demonstrated outstanding commitment across service and performance. She holds multiple awards, contributes across patrols, events and programs, and has competed at State and National level, reaching finals at the Australian Championships. She also represented the club and state at the ANZAC Youth Vigil.

Ella’s exceptional contribution across training, competition, education, and community programs, both within West Beach and at a state and national level reflects an outstanding level of commitment, leadership, and service. She is a very deserving recipient of this award.
