🏐 NETBALL PLAYER CLINICS – SUNDAY 4 OCTOBER! 🏐

Looking to sharpen your skills, learn something new and get some extra court time? Player clinics are coming to the BNA Courts this October!

Clinics are open to players from Alloway, Fusion, Natives, Brothers and Agnes Waters, with sessions grouped by division so players can train alongside others at a similar level.

Sunday 4 October

* 9:00am–10:30am | Divisions 8–11
* 10:45am–12:15pm | Divisions 4–7
* 1:00pm–2:30pm | Divisions 1–3
* 3:00pm–4:00pm | Senior Shooters Only – Shooting Clinic

👥 Maximum 20 players per session
📝 Coaches are welcome to attend and observe

🔵 NAVY | DIVISION 1 + COMMITTEE 🔵

Our inaugural Division 1 Kookaburras have given us plenty to celebrate! To think these girls didn't know each other at the start of the season, to be graded in the top division for their first year and come out with some incredible wins is just amazing.

And then there was one very special award...

🏐The inaugural Kookaburras Club Award went to Bec Davies.

This award recognises someone who goes above and beyond without seeking recognition, and Bec embodies exactly what this club is about.

A huge thank you to our Navy coaches Layla & Sarah, every player who took the court including several girls who filled in with very limited notice so that we could take the court each week, and to everyone who supported our Division 1 team throughout their first season.

A club doesn't just happen.
Behind every Saturday game, every training session, every registration, every uniform, every BBQ and every email is a group of people who decided that Agnes Water deserved a netball club, and were willing to make it happen.
Our inaugural Management Committee also make up 6 of our Div 1 Team:

Our Teal girls have had an absolute cracker of a first season, the only team to make finals in our first year! 🎉

From big wins to tough games, this team kept showing up, backing each other and growing together every week.

From our very first game to the final whistle, the Lilac girls have shown us what being a Kookaburra is all about: learning, improving, backing each other and having a whole lot of fun along the way.

Come along on Wednesday 16th September — we’ll be at the DCC Courts from 5–6pm for our Mixed Netball Registration Night! 🎉

Whether you already have a full team or you’re looking to join one, we’ll be accepting both team and individual registrations on the night.

This is a social competition, and players of all experience levels are welcome from the age of 16.

🏐 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – NETBALL UMPIRES 🏐

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from umpires for our Wednesday night domestic netball competition, running from:

📅 Wednesday nights 7 October – 2 December 2026

You don’t need to hold an umpiring qualification — we’re simply looking for people who have a good understanding of the netball rules, are confident in making decisions and would be happy to umpire our games on Wednesday night (you do not have to commit every week). This is a voluntary position.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who has played netball, umpired previously, or simply has a good knowledge of the game and would like to help out. 🙌

If you’re interested in becoming an umpire for the season, please send us a message to register your interest.
