Ok, so this customer took their bike to a bike store for a frame repair (as you can see in the pics) and was told, “it’s unrepairable, throw it in the tip!”
He thought better of that and contacted us as he initially purchased the bike from us some years ago.
Well, now the bike is up and running again with a $100 repair and it is not in landfill. Happy Days all around!

Another succesful TT fit on this Felt IA Advanced bike. We had the stacker spacers that were required and this model bike has loads of adjustability with the Aero Bars so a great job to do and mission accomplished.

A correct Time Trial/Triathlon Fitting can be very complex.

With this Specialized SHIV we had aero pad risers 3D printed to get the correct pad height.
To establish the correct reach we made alloy pad mount extensions and then changed the bar extensions.
Nothing has been left to chance, the correct fit is important when you could be on the bike for hours at a time.
