Lily & Allegra had their final State Team training session on the Sunshine Coast yesterday! 💙🤍

We would like to wish both girls the very best of luck as they begin Day 1 of competition today. Representing Victoria is an incredible achievement, and we are so proud of everything they have done to get to this point.

ALL DAY FUN (children attending school) All Day Fun gymnastics adventure packed with fun, fitness, and excitement! Whether you’re flipping, tumbling, or mastering balance, our gymnastics program has it all - from skill-building to thrilling routines! Meet new friends, invite a buddy, and spend the day exploring all the amazing parts of gymnastics, from floor routines to vaults, bars, and more! Plus, we’ve got exciting games, arts, and crafts to keep the creativity flowing. Don’t forget to bring a packed lunch and water bottle for a day full of action, learning, and making memories!

TUMBLING HP (children attending school) high-energy fun! Whether you’re flipping, balancing, or tumbling. Perfect for primary and secondary school students, this class promotes skill development, confidence, and fun while encouraging teamwork and personal growth.

GYMSTAR HP (children attending school) holiday program is designed for children of all abilities, helping them grow and thrive in gymnastics! Whether they're tumbling on the floor, mastering the beam, soaring over the vault, or exploring the bars, rings, and parallel bars – Gymstar has something for every child! Perfect for primary and secondary school students, this class promotes skill development, confidence, and fun while encouraging teamwork and personal growth.

LITTLE STARS AND SUPERSTARS - Our Little Stars program (18 months - 4 years) and Superstars program (4 years - 5 years) are coming together these school holidays. Our program is all about fun and movement, with a structured gym environment where kids explore equipment and build confidence while you’re right there with them. where they’ll develop balance, coordination, and gymnastics skills through exciting circuits, learning to wait their turn, and gaining more independence. Both programs focus on building confidence, having fun, and preparing for the next stage in their gymnastics journey. Let your little star shine!

BRING A FRIEND and PYJAMA WEEK!👭

This coming week is bring a friend and pyjama week! This means gymnasts can invite one friend to come along to their class for just $10 🤩

If your child did not receive an invitation, please reach out.
Please note bring a friend week only applies to our Little Stars, Superstars, Gymstar, FreeG, Tumble, Advanced Tumble and GymAbility programs.

A huge congratulations to our Special Olympics athletes, Clifford and Evelyn, on their fantastic performances at the Senior Victorian Championships! 🎉

Evelyn delivered a beautiful floor routine and finished an impressive 2nd Overall. 🥈

Clifford achieved a personal milestone by performing his first ever chin-up on rings during competition and finished 3rd Overall. 🥉💪

Both athletes have already been selected to represent Victoria at the Special Olympics National Games in Melbourne this October – an incredible achievement that reflects their dedication, perseverance and hard work. 🌟

We are especially proud to share that all three athletes have been selected to represent Victoria on state teams!

🌟 Ruby has qualified through to the Australian Championships in Sydney in July for Developing International.

🌟 Allegra has been selected in the Victorian ALP 8 Border Challenge Team heading to Queensland in June. Proudly representing Victoria for the very first time.

🌟 Lily has been selected in the Victorian ALP 9 Border Challenge Team heading to Queensland in June. Also representing Victoria for the first time.
