Last weekend we saw our men compete tooth and nail against United.
We had our attacking opportunities however United managed to make theirs stick.

ROUND 6

Captain Liss gave us her thoughts after the game, “we came out hard and stepped up to united. Emi landed a goal which put us up 1-0. We maintained some really good structure and composure but in the end were overrun and unfortunately they got up 3-1. It was a hard fought game and we played some really good hockey, they just picked up in the second half.”

BOG went to Emilia Russell with a strong attacking game!

ROUND 5

Our ladies bussed up to the National Hockey Centre to take on UC Stars. We were expecting a tough game and UC came out strong from the start. Our ladies found their groove and managed to put pressure on the other team and keep UC from scoring in the second half.

BOG went to Olivia Mlinaric, showcasing another cool, calm and collected game of hockey.

ROUND 5

Our men took on Central over the weekend and it was quite the game! Speaking to Couch Jordy he had this to say “ (it was the) most we have competed this year. Very proud of the young group that busted their butts. We’ll get the video and continue to learn. Penalty corners against was our downfall, but still plenty of positives”

BOG on ground went to Patrick Baine on a big job in goals!
