The Spitties worked their socks off for the full game, with huge work rate across the whole team. Defence stood strong, everyone dug deep, and there were some great periods of attacking pressure. We moved the ball well through the middle, created some great opportunities and got ourselves into some really good positions - just missing that final touch to get it over the line!

BOG awarded to Jez! What a warrior! Putting his body on the line all game, never taking a backward step and battling hard against a relentless ANU. Absolute commitment!

After NCE found the back of the net, the team found their voices and absolutely lifted the intensity! The team turned up the pressure, working hard in both attack and defence and making NCE work for every bit of it!

BOG awarded to Emi who was an absolute powerhouse! Creating plenty of attacking pressure, chasing down every opportunity and throwing in some seriously relentless tackles!

So much fight, energy and teamwork from the team! Come on down to Albury next week to watch us take on Wests at 1230pm!

We had an even contest for large stretches, with the boys matching United shot for shot, until a rough third quarter slump opened the door for United to pull away.
Credit where it's due though: Fuzz got the boys going with a passionate display of commitment to the badge.

Best on ground honours go to Logan, who was electric in attack all day - sharp finishing in front of goal and constant pressure making United's defence work hard!

The Spitfire Men had a tough game against Wests this weekend, have a look at what Logan has to say about the game!

It wasn't the start we were after, with a slow opening allowing Wests to get on top early. But credit to the group – after a passionate rev-up from Rizz at half-time, the response in the third quarter showed the character we're building. The defensive unit stood tall, conceding just one goal as the team lifted its intensity and fought for every contest.

BOG goes to Tanner, who was outstanding in defence with strong overheads, timely tackles and composure under pressure that helped drive us forward.

Our Spitfire Women had a tough match against ANUWHC resulting in a 1 all draw! See what keeper Georgia has to say about the game!

We played a hard fought game from start to finish.
We made some great connecting passes, worked well together as a team, and let the ball do the work. Everyone put in a big effort off the ball to support the ball carrier and create options.

We were down 1–0 after ANUWHC scored from a corner in the second quarter, but the girls kept pushing. We created plenty of scoring opportunities before Payton capitalised on a great team goal in the third quarter to level the game.

BOG went to Payton for a great game in defence, denying the opposition many opportunities.
