Congratulations to Mackenzie on reaching 100 games for the Bombers!πβ€οΈ
Since joining the club in 2019, Mackenzie has been a proud Bomber, spending two years playing in mixed teams before helping found the inaugural Girls team in 2021.
Her passion and leadership were evident from the beginning β even taking to the school stage to help recruit players and grow the program. In 2026, she now plays in the clubβs first ever U17 Girls team and has also played a couple of games for the clubβs Womenβs team.
In true Bombers style, Mackenzie has contributed widely across the club, beginning her own journey into umpiring before stepping up to mentor our younger umpires.
Over the past two years, she has also taken on coaching, continuing to give back and help develop the next generation of Bombers. In 2025, Mackenzie was accepted into and completed the inaugural Womenβs Future Leaders Program with AFL Queensland, further showcasing her commitment and leadership within the game.
A fantastic milestone and a wonderful contribution to the club both on and off the field. Congratulations Mackenzie!πβ€οΈ
