Do you often wonder why other dancers look so dang flowy & amazing when they hit the floor? Technique & attention to the deets!
In this workshop we will breakdown all the floor thangs from learning how to execute the move to swagging it up in the sexiest way possible! Jamie will share with you her favourite movements & transitions like leg thangs & more! She will also show you how to slay the moves and make a sexy flow at the end!
Knee pads, leggings/leg warmers recommended for this workshop & heels are optional (wear socks if no heels). Open to all levels.
