🚨 COACHING DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We’re excited to share that last week, 5 key coaches attended the AFC Level 1 Futsal Coaching Course – a week-long intensive program led by:

🧠 Miles Downie – Head Coach of the Australian Men’s and Women’s Futsal National Teams
⚽ Bruno Cannavan – Assistant Coach of the Australian National Teams

This course is one of the highest levels of futsal coaching accreditation in Asia and provides our coaches with advanced techniques, tactical insights, and modern training methodologies.

Our goal?
To bring these skills back into our club and up-skill the next generation of young players – ensuring they benefit from world-class coaching right here in Ballarat.

We’re proud of our coaches’ commitment to growth and excellence. Their learning directly supports our mission to provide the best environment for development, fun, and long-term success in futsal.

BFC Academy Match Day 1

Today commenced the first day of BFC Academy League Series.

Guided by our coaching staff, players had the opportunity to apply their skills, tactical knowledge, and teamwork in competitive match-play sessions.

It was fantastic to see so many parents, siblings, and supporters creating a positive and energetic atmosphere throughout the day.

We’re excited to continue supporting the growth and development of our players as they progress on their Futsal journey.
