Changes to our Teens Boxing Program

New time slots are starting next week .

Thursday 4.30pm
Friday 4.30pm

Our active teens program will lead the teenagers from beginner to amateur pathways , improving skills , sparring and have an active roll in fights nights .

This program will help develop the next generation in the Central West

We are delighted to present Coach Mark Grech from Jabout in Penrith alongside our very own Coach Kynan Murray for our first Central West Development Day .

Mark is one of NSW top Coaches and runs a very successful gym in Penrith alongside our. Mark brings a lot of experience to the session from years of training amateur and elite boxers .

The session will run for approximately 2 hours and have a range of skills and information on pathways in amateur boxing and beyond .
