Our School Holiday Netball Clinic is designed for young netballers aged 6–14 years, with plenty of skills, games, challenges and the chance to train alongside Bendigo Strikers players.

A huge congratulations to Charlotte Sexton on being named a Training Partner with the Melbourne Mavericks for the 2027 season! 💙💛

Charlotte is an inaugural Bendigo Strikers player and a proud member of the La Trobe University Elite Athlete Program, while studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours).

We couldn’t be prouder of everything Charlotte has achieved, and we know this is just the beginning of what is going to be an incredible journey. 👏

From the Bendigo region to the VNL and her second year with a Suncorp Super Netball Melbourne Mavericks Netball.Charlotte continues to show what is possible through talent, commitment and hard work.

Most importantly, she is inspiring the next generation of young girls across our region to dream big and believe they can achieve it too. 💫

Bendigo Strikers are thrilled to announce the re-signing of inaugural Championship player and key defender Charlotte Sexton for the 2027 VNL season! 🔥

One of Victoria’s most exciting young defensive prospects, Charlotte enjoyed a breakout 2026 season that saw her rise through the ranks and onto one of the biggest stages in Australian netball.

Beginning the season as a Training Partner with the Mavs, Charlotte was elevated to the club’s 11th Player before earning a Temporary Replacement Player position.

Charlotte went on to make her Suncorp Super Netball debut.
Her rise has been built on an outstanding list of achievements, including:

🏆 Australian Under 21 Gold Medallist at the 2025 Netball World Youth Cup
🏆 Back-to-back Bendigo Strikers Best & Fairest winner
⭐ Victorian Netball League Championship Team of the Year selection
💙 Suncorp Super Netball debut with the Mavs
🇦🇺 Australian Diamonds squad invitee in 2026

Bendigo Strikers are thrilled to announce the re-signing of Jorja Clode for the 2027 season! 🏐

Jorja was a standout in 2026, crowned our 23 & Under MVP after an outstanding season. A strong, composed goaler with a great eye for the ring, Jorja continues to shine and show just how much potential she has.

We’re excited to see her take another step forward and continue to make her mark in the Strikers dress in 2027.

ASHA GRAY RETURNS FOR 2027💙

Bendigo Strikers are thrilled to announce the re-signing of midcourt star Asha Gray for the 2027 season! 🏐

Asha had an incredible 2026 campaign, showcasing her class, versatility and work rate through the midcourt. She was named joint Best in Finals and was also voted Players’ Player, sharing the honour with Eliza Mooney.

We can’t wait to see Asha back in Strikers colours and bringing her dynamic style to the midcourt in 2027.

Bendigo Strikers are thrilled to announce the signing of Ally Black for the 2027 season! 👏

Ally brings a wealth of VNL experience to the Strikers, having spent three seasons with Ariel before most recently playing three seasons with Boroondara Express.

An accomplished goaler, Ally currently lines up in A Grade with Seymour Football Netball Club, alongside our very own Championship player Elle
Nexhip.
