Your newest coach is here!! Welcome Joanna!

Jo brings over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, combined with her qualifications as a naturopath and nutritionist. After spending the last 12+ years in Perth, she recently returned home to Tassie and is excited to be part of the Hype community.

She’s passionate about helping people train hard while also understanding what’s going on beneath the surface, from gut health and energy to hormones and recovery, so you can achieve results that actually last.

Beyond the gym ⬇️

What motivates me: Being the best role model I can for my son, while helping others feel strong, confident and in control of their health.
Outside of the gym you can find me: Trying to convince myself Tassie weather is “not that cold,” or walking with another coffee I definitely didn’t need but absolutely wanted ☕
