🚨Event update - Canberra Brave vs. Sydney Ice Dogs🚨
Please be advised that’s tomorrow’s home opener will not proceed as scheduled.
The Canberra Brave team are currently working through next steps. For further information and updates, keep an eye out on Canberra Brave channels.
Next weekend’s scheduled AIHL fixtures against the Newcastle Northstars on 16 and 17 May are expected to proceed as planned.

🚨 Road Closure Updates this Sunday – Leverrier St & Masterman St 🚨
The AIS is excited to host the Canberra Kids Triathlon this Sunday, 19 April, promising a morning full of fun, and good energy!
Things to be aware of on the day:
🚗 Road closures
Leverrier Street and Masterman Street will be closed between 6am and 12pm, and used as part of the running and cycling course.
🏊 Aquatic Centre update
The 50m pool at the AIS Aquatic Centre will be closed to the public until 1pm, and used as the swimming course. The 25m pool will remain open as usual.
If you’re visiting the AIS on Sunday, please plan your trip to avoid road closures and allow extra time for travel.

🚨 Travel Update – Guy Sebastian 100 Times Around the Sun Tour 🚨
Please be aware that the Super Rugby match (Brumbies vs Fijian Drua) at GIO Stadium Canberra is scheduled at the same time as Saturday’s Guy Sebastian event.
Super Rugby attendees will also have access to parking onsite. We strongly encourage you to plan your journey in advance and arrive early to avoid potential travel delays or congestion.

🏊♂️We received some fantastic feedback from a parent whose child recently participated in our Holiday Swim Intensive Program for Term 1 in January.
The parent shared:

The Sydney Kings host the Adelaide 36ers in what promises to be one of the games of the NBL season on Wednesday, 17 December at the AIS Arena 🏀
The Sydney Kings include Canberra local Bul Kuol, who will be tasked with shutting down NBL MVP Bryce Cotton.
It’s the first NBL game in Canberra in more than 5 years and final tickets have just been released.
