VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT
Throughout National Volunteer Week, Football NSW is highlighting the contributions of various members of football that have been nominated by their local community.
"Clint Abraham has made an exceptional contribution to football in a volunteer capacity through his leadership, coaching and commitment to developing players, coaches and referees. As Director of Football, he also volunteers as our Referee Coordinator, Coaching Coordinator and Competition Secretary, consistently stepping into critical roles to support the club."
"He has driven one of the strongest referee pathways in the association, recruiting and retaining association-leading referee numbers while fostering a positive and inclusive culture for young referees. Clint has also been instrumental in shaping the club’s football footprint and developing a structured, best-practice grading process. A player, referee, coach and mentor, Clint consistently leads by example and embodies the true spirit of volunteerism in football."
