Chantelle | Comp Recap — PARAGEDDON 2026

Chantelle had her best competition performance to date at Paragon’s PARAGEDDON 2026 — 8/9 lifts and a 330kg total.

Squat: 127.5kg
Bench: 60kg
Deadlift: 142.5kg

She stayed composed and confident the whole day (even after missing her second squat and coming back stronger on the third), and most importantly, she had fun. We’re so proud of her performance!

Coach: Daniel
Handled by: Brad Meehan

Thanks to Paragon Strength & Performance and all the volunteers for a great meet.

If you track your lifts, why aren’t you tracking your body composition?

If you’re starting a new training block, dropping a weight class, or going through a surplus, a DEXA scan gives you real data on what’s actually changing. Not guesswork.

19 weeks. 18kg down.

Starting Weight - April: 98kg
Result - August: 79.9kg

Mitch achieved great results and significant weight loss, still increased strength and improved technique, all while managing rugby injuries and fatigue playing for Beecroft Rugby Club

The results didn’t come from perfect conditions. They came from his consistent effort, great communication with his coach Brad, and putting in the work.
