Intersport Charters Towers U15 Match Report 🏏📋
A great team effort from our U15s, who came away with a 16-run victory after posting 8/54 before restricting the opposition to 9/38.
Batting proved challenging, with Daniel leading the way with a valuable 22 off 36 balls. Jacob (6), Tyler (7) and Brooke (5) also contributed as the team worked hard to put runs on the board.
Our bowlers then got to work, producing a disciplined performance to keep the opposition under pressure. Brooke (2/6), Harry (2/12) and Tom (2/0) were among the wickets, while Bobby (1/6) and Dustin (1/9) also made important contributions.
The fielding effort was just as pleasing, with Daniel taking two catches and Jacob, Brooke, Ainslie and Tyler each adding one. A run-out from Dustin rounded out a strong performance in the field.
Well done to the entire team. It's great to see everyone contributing across the different aspects of the game and working together to get the result.
A big thank you to our coaches, team officials, parent helpers and opposition for another excellent morning of junior cricket! 🙌🏼💚
