To celebrate Women’s Health Week this year, our Coburg Harriers Club invited a special guest from Forrunners Pilates to celebrate women’s wellness and fitness.

Matilda from Forrunners Pilates facilitated a pre run activation and post run mobility session. It was a celebration for all women of Coburg Harriers and the local community and we came away with some useful exercises to stay fit and strong!

Thanks again to Matilda from Forrunners Pilates and Stef for organising this session.

XCR 10 Tan Relays:

Tan Relays always brings fast times and good community vibes! We had around 40 Harriers to finish the 2026 Athletics Victoria XCR season. Such a fantastic turnout for the club. Shout out to Stephanie Kelly for the second fastest time out the women!

None of these events would be possible without the Coburg Harriers and our wonderful volunteers, coaches, captains and helpers! So many highlights, PBs, laughs and memories this season, onto to next season!
