π Thoracic Extension / Puff chest up
π Shoulder Retraction / Squeeze shoulders together
π Shoulder Depression / Pull shoulder down
Doing it this way will help you get your back tighter when setting up your squats and bench! π€

Your unrack is why your squat feels heavy
Other than the fact that yes it is a heavy bar, you can conscious get tight under the bar to prepare yourself!
Unrack checklist

Squeeze the bar with your hands

Pinch shoulder blades together and down

Two feet directly under the bar

Brace hard and stand up

Walk back slow and deliberate
