Row your way to a better squat & bench πŸ’‘

BUT! There's a specific way to do your pulling work that will carry over.

πŸ‘‰ Thoracic Extension / Puff chest up
πŸ‘‰ Shoulder Retraction / Squeeze shoulders together
πŸ‘‰ Shoulder Depression / Pull shoulder down

Doing it this way will help you get your back tighter when setting up your squats and bench! πŸ€“

Your unrack is why your squat feels heavy

Other than the fact that yes it is a heavy bar, you can conscious get tight under the bar to prepare yourself!

Unrack checklist
βœ… Squeeze the bar with your hands
βœ… Pinch shoulder blades together and down
βœ… Two feet directly under the bar
βœ… Brace hard and stand up
βœ… Walk back slow and deliberate

Strong unrack = bar feels less heavy πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ
