We’re on the lookout for a few more hands to help out at Run Upper Murray on Saturday, September 19, just outside Corryong.

If you love being outdoors, it’s a great chance to spend a few hours in the , enjoy the trails and help our runners.

The final round of the O-health Riverina Trail Running Series kicks off tomorrow morning in Wodonga.
