Contrary to the Phil Newman Report Ian paid us a visit to assure us he is alive and kicking .The Edwards family Ian and Phyllis ( pictured ) are great friends of ours from the early 70's and it came to pass that Phil Newman in Torquay about a year ago bumped into Brett Edwards who had just celebrated with his brothers Nathan and Luke their Dads 80 th Birthday . We are not sure how but Phil passed on to the Bros that Ian had tragically passed away and we had missed his funeral . Trish sent off a Sympathy card pronto and a few days later Phyllis phoned to set the record straight . Newman you've done it again.
