Meet Brandon.

32yo. Workers’ comp case manager.

Starting weight: 120kg
Current weight: 105kg

15kg down in 3 months.
First time he’s ever trained.
First time he’s ever dieted.

For years the thing stopping him wasn’t the food or the gym..

.it was the story in his head about what everyone else would think.

He’d never stepped foot in a gym, never followed a diet in his life, and the idea of walking in as the bloke who didn’t know what he was doing felt worse than staying exactly where he was.

So we took all of that off the table.

Your body gives you signals. But blokes hit snooze on them everyday.

Low energy no matter how much you sleep. Losing strength even though you’re training. Belly fat creeping up on the same routine.

Low drive, less confidence, and you stop caring like you used to. Poor sleep and higher stress - wired at night, flat in the morning.

This doesn’t mean you need TRT tomorrow. Most of the time, it’s lifestyle first.

Fix sleep, stress, and protein early. Ignore them and things only get harder from here.

Adjust your routine, stay consistent, rebuild at the pace your ego hates.

Your strength comes back faster than you think.

Meet Rangi.

45yo. Tech founder.

Starting weight: 119kg
Current weight: 103kg

-16kgs down in 4mths, while building and scaling his tech company.

Rangi works crazy hours, could barely find the time to walk let alone exercise, and eating anything other than Uber eats was a chore.

So we simplified the f**k out of everything.

4,000 step target (everytime he was on the phone he had to walk)

He followed a tailored meal delivery service-plan that we sourced and organised for him (thanks )

We ordered and shipped the right supplements he needed to bridge the gaps in his nutrition from not getting much ‘whole foods’ in.

He trained once per week on weekends, sometimes twice.

That’s it.

He lost an average of 1kg+ per week following something as basic as this.

Meet Ross.

43yo. Tech manager.

Starting weight: 94kg
Current weight: 74kg

This epic transformation took about 1 year to accomplish.

First we lost about -28kgs of fat over the first 6mths.

Then, rebuilt his diet and training back to a maintenance phase for about 6 weeks.

Lastly, we committed Ross to a 5mths building phase where he ate in a surplus and started packing in mass.

He trained 3 days per week.
Walked 10,000 steps each day.
Slept 6-7hrs per night.
Followed a meal plan every week.
Checked in with his coach every week.

That’s it.

All while working full time and balancing his relationship.

It’s life-changing mate. Like.. seriously.

That’s a brand-new f**king man on the right.

This 20kg full body transformation is possible for any bloke, at any time.
