Griffith Blacks Rugby

Griffith Blacks Rugby Training 6:30pm Tuesday and Thursday at the Exies Sports Club (33 Speirs St) The Griffith Blacks Rugby Club have a proud tradition dating back to 1960.

Over the years the club has produced some exceptional rugby players and won many championships. The club prides itself on tradition, respect, fair play and gamesmanship. GBRC play in the SIRU (Southern Inland Rugby Union) competition which encompasses 9 other clubs from the Wagga area, Albury, Leeton, Hay, Tumut and Deniliquin. Fielding four senior grades; 1st Grade, Womens, 2nd Grade and 3rd Grade consistently in the SIRU competition, the GBRC is also fortunate to have a great pathway for the juniors through the Griffith Junior Rugby Union Club with many juniors successfully becoming great senior players! The Blacks are a force to be reckoned with so why not get on board and join the Blacks family!

Thank you to everyone who came to our 2026 presentation last night it was a great night celebrating a fabulous year. We had so much to celebrate. One of the greatest club achievements was taking out the Southern Inland Club Championship. Our coaching staff were proud to show off the silverware last night.
