Yoga designed for EVERY body!
Ever felt like yoga isn't for you?
Come along and try yoga in a safe space. Accessible, inclusive and trauma aware. These sessions are for anyone with a neurological condition, wheelchair users, seniors, people with less mobility, those recovering from injury or anyone who thinks yoga isn't for them.
Classes are at St Luke's Wellbeing Hub in Hobart.

I recently completed training in adaptive yoga with the wonderful Rodrigo from Allihopa Accessible and Adaptive Yoga. I am so passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with EVERY body.
Let's bust the myths around yoga. There is no one size fits all approach. Flexibility is not a requirement for yoga. Yoga is about more than the poses - it is about the feeling of embodiment and that is unique for each person.
Yoga is for everybody and EVERY body.
Please let me know if you are interested in adaptive yoga in the Hobart area. I am available to teach 1:1, small groups or in different settings and cater each offering to the needs of the participants.
