📣 Range Closure and Call for Volunteers! 📣

The range will be closed between 7am to 4pm this Saturday (26th Sept) for the ACT Target Championships.
We are looking for some volunteers to assist with set-up from 7:30am and/or with target face change-over at 12pm.

This club level tournament is for all ACT Archers who are new, or relatively new to formal competition. It is for newer archers to get experience at tournament archery in a friendly atmosphere, while learning the ropes. If you have never achieved a rating score for a formal round (or don't know what this means!), then this event could be for you. We will shoot a 720 round (72 scoring arrows - 6 arrow ends) at any distance 15-50 metres. Archers who have shot a few white or black ratings welcome.

We would appreciate you giving this Fletchlings Tournament some PR at your clubs and through social media etc.

A small number of experienced tournament archers are most welcome to help mentor the newer archers on the day also. Email Mark at archerywvac.gmail.com if you have interested experienced archers who would like to assist.

🌟 Annual General Meeting this weekend!

Please come along to the club's AGM this Saturday at 3:45pm. This is an important meeting which requires a quorum to proceed - this allows us to form the next committee and make any necessary changes to club policy.
If you haven't already nominated for a position on the committee, we will be accepting nominations from the floor for any roles that did not receive nominations.
