Whether you're looking to reduce your injury risk, recover faster, better understand concussion management, or you're a parent wanting to learn how to best support your child's sporting journey, this one-hour session is packed with practical advice for everyone.

It's nearly the weekend! Woo. Here are our fixtures for round 14.

🌈 PRIDE ROUND FIXTURES 🌈

This weekend is Hockey ACT's PRIDE Round. A round that holds a special place in the heart of Old Canberran's Hockey Club.

Pride Round was founded by members of our club with a simple but important belief: everyone deserves to feel safe, welcomed and valued in our hockey community.

Hockey is at its best when people can turn up exactly as they are. Regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, background or lived experience, everyone deserves the opportunity to play the game they love knowing they belong.

This weekend, all of our senior teams will proudly take the field against ANU, many wearing our Pride Round shirts. While they're just shirts, they represent something much bigger – our commitment to inclusion, respect, acceptance and standing alongside our LGBTIQ+ community.

Inclusion isn't something we celebrate for just one round each year. It's something we strive to live every training, every game and every season as a part of our club values.

To everyone in our community: you are welcome here, you are respected here, and you belong here.
