📣 DRAWS ARE NOW LIVE!

The draws have been published in the Flat Strap app and are ready to check.

Please note: if your nomination fees weren’t paid by the cut-off, you have been placed at the bottom of the draw.

📱 Add Flat Strap to your phone’s home screen for easy access:

iPhone:
1. Open the Flat Strap web app in Safari
2. Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow pointing up), then
3. Add to Home Screen. If shown, leave Open as Web App switched on, then tap Add.

Android:
1. Open the Flat Strap web app in Chrome
2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner, then
3. Add to Home screen or Install app and follow the prompts.

🔔 Turn on notifications:

1. Open Flat Strap from your home screen
2. Look for the app’s notification option and turn it on
3. Then tap Allow when your phone asks for permission.

On iPhone, make sure you’ve added the app to your home screen first. If you’ve previously blocked notifications, you may need to allow them in your phone or browser settings.

Please check your draw and keep an eye on the app for updates! 🐎

📣 GET FLAT STRAP NOTIFICATIONS ON YOUR PHONE

Flat Strap is a website app, so there is nothing to download from the App Store or Play Store. Add it to your Home Screen and it will open from its own icon, just like an app.

Once notifications are enabled, Flat Strap can alert you when one of your clubs opens nominations, posts a draw, approves a membership or records a new personal best.

Go to: app.flatstrap.com.au

If the link opens inside Facebook or Messenger, choose Open in external browser first.

🍎 iPhone

1. Open app.flatstrap.com.au in Safari.

2. Tap the Share button—the square with the arrow pointing up.

3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

4. If shown, turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add.

5. Open Flat Strap using the new icon and sign in.

🤖 Android

1. Open app.flatstrap.com.au in Chrome.

2. Tap the three dots beside the address bar.

3. Tap Install app, Install and create shortcut or Add to Home screen - the wording varies between phones.

4. Confirm, then open Flat Strap using the new icon and sign in.

🔔 Turn on notifications

1. Tap the person icon at the top right.

2. Scroll to Notifications.

3. Tap Enable.

4. Tap Allow when your phone asks.

5. Make sure Nominations open and any other alerts you want are switched on.

Notifications must be enabled separately on each phone you use.

No app-store download and no manual updates—the latest Flat Strap improvements are ready whenever you open it. If you get stuck, message the Flat Strap page and let us know whether you have an iPhone or Android. 🐴📱

Add Flat Strap to your phone

First, open app.flatstrap.com.au and sign in.
iPhone or iPad

1. Open Flat Strap in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button—the square with the upward arrow.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Turn on Open as Web App, if shown.
5. Tap Add.

Android

1. Open Flat Strap in Google Chrome.
2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.

4. Tap Install or Add.

Turn on notifications

1. Open Flat Strap using the new icon on your home screen.
2. Tap the person icon.
3. Select Account & privacy.
4. Tap Notifications.

Members!! Jump on Flat Strap and see all of your run history with SCBR! All the way back to 2021 when we first started!

🐎 Flat Strap update for Sugar City riders!

I’ve now imported all of Sugar City Barrel Racers’ historical timesheets into Flat Strap and linked the history to riders who already have Flat Strap accounts.

If your account is linked, you can now open Flat Strap, tap Runs, and see your official past run history in one place. Barrels and Poles are kept separate, and family accounts show each child’s results under their own name.
