🏆 RYAN PAGET RECOMMITS FOR 2027 🏆

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Ryan Paget has recommitted to the Mallala Football Club for the 2027 season 🖤🤍

For us, asking Ryan to recommit was an absolute no-brainer. After helping guide our Senior group to the 2025 Premiership, Ryan has continued to demonstrate exactly why we believe he is the right person to lead this group forward.

Ryan’s knowledge and understanding of the game is one of his greatest strengths. His ability to identify what needs to improve, communicate it clearly and then translate that into our training environment gives our players a really strong foundation to work from. He places a huge emphasis on the fundamentals of football and getting the basics right consistently, while ensuring our training has purpose and translates into what we want to achieve on game day.

His mindset, preparation and consistency set a strong standard for the playing group. Alongside his ability to communicate and build genuine relationships with our players, these qualities make him someone we have complete confidence in.

2026 presented plenty of challenges, with injuries heavily impacting our group throughout the season. Despite that, we were extremely proud of how the group responded and finished the season extremely strongly. That resilience gives us enormous belief in what this team can achieve moving forward.

The club has complete belief and confidence in Ryan, and we want him to know that he has the full support of everyone at Mallala. We’re committed to supporting Ryan and his coaching staff and giving them the backing they need to build something special.

Ryan’s commitment extends well beyond the A Grade. His willingness to give back to the entire club, including continuing to support our U17s and Reserves throughout their finals campaigns, shows the genuine care he has for Mallala and its future.

We also want to acknowledge Ryan’s family and thank them for their continued support and commitment to Ryan and our football club.

We believe in Ryan. We believe in this group. And we know we have what it takes to return to the very top where Mallala belongs. 🖤🤍

🏆 APFL JUNIOR PRESENTATION DINNER 🏆

Congratulations to our Mallala boys who were invited to the APFL Junior Presentation Night tonight at Balaklava.

A fantastic achievement, with each of our nominees polling in the Top 10 in their respective competitions.
