πββοΈ Backstroke & Breaststroke Turns Clinic πββοΈ
Our junior swimmers were treated to a specialised turns clinic this morning, focusing on Backstroke and Breaststroke turns.
Led by Head Coach Sharky, with support from our Junior Coaches and Senior Squad swimmers, the clinic gave our juniors the chance to fine-tune an important racing skill and build confidence they can take into both training and competition.
The sun was shining, the energy was high, and there was plenty of learning (and fun!) along the way.
A big thank you to our coaches and our senior swimmers for being such fantastic role models.

π₯£ Breakfast for Champions! π
Our swimmers were fuelled for the day with a delicious breakfast, thanks to the generous support of Coastal Crunch for their tasty granola and Brownes Dairy for their naturally good yoghurt.
Alongside fresh fruit, warm Milo to take the edge off the chilly morning, and some homemade treats lovingly baked by Orla, it was the perfect way to start the day.
A huge thank you to all the volunteers who gave their time to organise and serve this wonderful breakfast. Your support is greatly appreciated by our swimmers and families.
What a fantastic way to kick off the morning and long weekend!
