After two weeks of trialling UPLIFT over the school holidays… the feedback has been AMAZING 🙌
So we’re making it OFFICIAL — UPLIFT is joining our regular timetable! 🎉
You can now level up your week by staying on after SHiNE and flowing straight into UPLIFT 🔥
🗓 Tuesdays
💃 SHiNE @ 6:30pm
💪 UPLIFT @ 7:30pm (right after!)
⏱ 30 minute class
To keep things fun and help you feel confident, we’ll be running two playlists on rotation over the next few weeks (each playlist twice!) before switching things up and learning new tracks 🎶
Pricing updates:
✨ SHiNE only – $15
✨ UPLIFT only – $10
✨ SHiNE + UPLIFT – $20 (best value 👀)
If you’re on a 10 class pass and want to stay for UPLIFT, it’s just an extra $5 for now while I work on adding it into the pass options 🙏
What to bring:
🧘♀️ Yoga mat
🏋️♀️ 1–2kg weights (arms)
🏋️♀️ 3–5kg weights (legs)
💧 Water bottle
➰ Bands provided (feel free to bring your own if you prefer!)

To have 8/13 participants stay back to test it out is beyond amazing (minus my slight mistakes)!

✨ NEW CLASS ALERT — UPLIFT STRENGTH FITNESS ✨
Ever wondered what Uplift Strength Fitness is all about? 💪
Think low-impact, high-energy strength training designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and leave you feeling strong and empowered. Using light to moderate weights, we move through choreographed tracks that target both upper and lower body — all set to motivating music 🎶
💥 SCHOOL HOLIDAY SPECIAL 💥
During the school holidays, you’re invited to come and try Uplift Strength Fitness for FREE after our SHiNE Dance Fitness class on Tuesday nights!
🕢 Starts at 7:30pm
👉 What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• 1–2kg weights (for arm tracks)
• 3–5kg weights (for leg tracks)
• Water bottle & good vibes
✨ Bands will be provided during this trial period!
This is a trial to see if Uplift becomes a permanent part of our timetable — so your feedback matters! If it’s a hit, classes will run weekly at 7:30pm on Tuesday nights, and participants will be expected to bring their own equipment.
🔁 The playlist will stay the same for 4 weeks so we can really focus on learning the routines, improving technique, and making sure all movements are done safely and with correct form.
Come give it a go — you might just find your new favourite way to feel strong 💗
